  • How does one company offer so many services?

    For over 20 years, the folks at Best Technical have been directly involved in the application of technology to business challenges.  With this experience, the toolbox just gets filled with ways to solve problems.  And over the past 5 years, the amount of business services available online have increased dramatically.  The best of these are what Best Technical brings to the table.

  • Why do I need a 'specialist' for things I can do myself?

    For the same reason you bring your car to a qualified mechanic.  You may be able to fix your car yourself, but it may not be done well or in a timely manner.  Prioritize the operation of your business as you do your car, and the value of these services will be clear.

  • I want to do something, but I don't know where to start.

    The best place to start is to simply contact us.  We can spend some time on the phone or schedule a quick visit to discuss your business challenges.  It is likely things can be done right away to help the problem, but some things take more time and planning.  We can guide you in that process.

  • Can Best Technical be my entire IT Department?

    Yes.  Resources at Best Technical have worked in all levels of IT Support, including management, and know how to deliver the complete package.  This service can be designed to match your needs, from coverage and response levels to the associated pricing.

  • Can Best Technical be my entire Marketing Department?

    That's a little different.  In many cases, the technical aspects of Marketing is the lion's share of the challenge, and that is where Best Technical plays a role.  But a true Marketing focus requires a core commitment from the Customer, something we can't bring to the table.  But we can deliver on all the 'mechanical' aspects of marketing - the stuff that has to get done.

  • Can you offer your services remotely?

    Definitely.  That is one of the core efficiencies where we excel.  Remote access is very easy to setup and use, and can reduce an incredible amount of unnecessary travel.
