What is a Partner?

We look at a Partner as a group or organization that can provide something that will benefit our customers, and makes a commitment to supporting our efforts to bring those benefits to them or to the market.

We make the partnering commitment as well - to learn and be competent in those areas and to fairly represent the products and services.

We are in no way 'dealers' of these partner's products and do not favor them over products that are best for our customers.  We offer competing services and products from many other providers - these are just the ones with the formal programs we have qualified for and belong to.

As a member of the Microsoft Partner network, Best Technical has access to programs and resources that help us keep ahead of new technologies available from Microsoft, and to have a deeper, qualified resource pool to draw from when needed.

IBM®

Best Technical has a long history with IBM, providing support for IBM products such as Lotus Notes / IBM Domino starting in 1991.  Right, 19 years ago.  IBM continues to be a leader in enterprise technology, and makes it available through a well developed business partner program.

Google is changing how information is accessed and used - on many fronts.  Best Technical is committed to offering deep expertise in applying Google products and services to solving business problems, and is currently in the application process as a Google Enterprise Partner, and certification process for Google Adwords Certified Partner and Google Analytics Certified Partner.

One of Best Technical's advantage in the marketplace is years of experience evaluating, testing, and using products and services from hundreds of providers over the past 20 years.  Our chosen vendors and tools are like a trade secret - we spent many, many hours doing the research and testing to determine what tools are best for what problems.
